2. To the public migratory service of Ukraine (Kovalchuk M. M.) to organize studying of this Procedure by staff into which power work concerning prolongation of term of stay of foreigners and stateless persons is included and to provide steady observance of its requirements.
3. In five-day time after signing of this order to provide to the public migratory service of Ukraine (Kovalchuk M. M.) its provision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of August 23, 2011 No. 601 "About approval of the Procedure for consideration of addresses concerning prolongation of term of stay in Ukraine of foreigners and stateless persons", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 20, 2011 for No. 1112/19850.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the Public migratory service of Ukraine Kovalchuk M. M.
6. Send this order on accessory.
