According to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 29.12.95 No. 1074 "About Rules of entry of foreigners and stateless persons into Ukraine, their departure from Ukraine and transit through its territory" (with changes) and of 01.06.2011 No. 567 "About approval of Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for consideration of addresses concerning prolongation of term of stay in Ukraine of foreigners and stateless persons which is applied.

2. To chiefs of head departments, Departments of MIA of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to organize studying of this order by staff of bodies and divisions of internal affairs and to provide steady observance of its requirements.

3. To State department for nationality, immigration and registration of physical persons of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Mamonov E. V.) in five-day time after signing of this order to provide its provision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.12.2003 No. 1456 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for prolongation of term of stay in Ukraine of foreigners and persons without citizenship", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 18.12.2003 for No. 1180/8501.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff Vorona D. M.

6. Send this order on accessory.

7. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Procedure for consideration of addresses concerning prolongation of term of stay in Ukraine of foreigners and stateless persons

I. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure determines the procedure of acceptance and consideration of addresses concerning prolongation of term of stay in Ukraine of the foreigners and stateless persons who are not specified in Items 20 and 21 of Rules of entry of foreigners and stateless persons into Ukraine, their departure from Ukraine and the transit through its territory approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 29.12.95 No. 1074 (further - Rules of stay of foreigners and stateless persons), and the party accepting them, and also acceptance by these circulation of decisions.

1.2. This Procedure No. 435 "About additional actions for realization of human right on freedom of travel and the free choice of the residence", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 29.12.95 No. 1074 "About Rules of entry of foreigners and stateless persons into Ukraine, their departure from Ukraine and transit through its territory" and of 01.06.2011 No. 567 "About approval of Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory" is developed according to requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons", "About freedom of travel and the free choice of the residence in Ukraine", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 15.06.2001.

1.3. In this Procedure the terms below are used in such value:

the visa - the label (mark or mark) in the passport document which is processed by authorized body and is the entry visa of the foreigner and stateless person to Ukraine for the term specified in it or transit through its territory during the corresponding term;
