DECISION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORATE OF FUND OF GUARANTEEING HOUSEHOLD DEPOSITS OF UKRAINE

of September 21, 2023 No. 1160

About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 10 parts one, Item of 1 part four of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of members of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 09, 2012 No. 16, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 04, 2012 at No. 1495/21807, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. And the international organizations to provide to management of public relations placement of this decision on the official website of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits after its state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to leave for the managing director.
