About modification of the Procedure for maintaining the Register of statements for return of the amount of budget compensation of the value added tax

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for maintaining the Register of statements for return of the amount of budget compensation of the value added tax approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 25, 2017 No. 26 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 12, Art. 337; 2023, No. 62, the Art. 3519), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of enforcement of the subitem 2 of Item 3 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of July 13, 2023 No. 3223-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning application of sanctions".

Changes which are made to the Procedure for maintaining the Register of statements for return of the amount of budget compensation of the value added tax

1. To add item 4 after the paragraph of the sixteenth with new paragraphs of the following content:
