1. Approve Regulations on procedure for application of the tariff quotas concerning the goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to appendix, providing:
conditions of application of the tariff quotas concerning the goods imported on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
procedure for application of the tariff quotas concerning goods of foreign origin and imported on customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
the decision making mechanism about establishment of the tariff quota and distribution of amount of the tariff quota.
2. To the ministry of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
together with the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty and the Antimonopoly Committee at least once a year to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on introduction of the tariff quotas taking into account change of amounts of consumption, production capacities, the prices in the domestic market and amounts of local production in the long term;
together with National news agency of Uzbekistan, National broadcasting company of Uzbekistan and other interested departments to provide extended coverage in mass media of value and essence of this resolution, and also processes of its realization.
