Take into consideration that by Article 321 of the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan it is determined that conditional release of goods in case of impossibility of determination of its customs value is performed according to the statement of the customs applicant or customs broker on condition of payment or ensuring payment by the customs applicant or customs broker of the amount of the customs payments estimated according to the customs value of goods determined by customs authority.
2. Approve the Regulations on procedure for release of goods by determination of arbitrary customs value in case of impossibility of determination of customs value of goods the customs applicant or the customs broker according to appendix providing:
a) release of goods by customs authority by determination of arbitrary customs value based on the cargo customs declaration provided by the customs applicant or the customs broker in case of impossibility of determination of customs value of goods;
b) determination of arbitrary customs value in case of impossibility of determination of final customs value based on method at the cost of the transaction with imported goods or after carrying out consultations with the customs applicant or the customs broker following the results of control of customs value by customs authority based on their statement;
