About additional measures for social support of orphan children and children without parental support

For the purpose of strengthening of social protection of orphan children and children without parental support, providing with premises, their device in orphanages of family type, enhancement of system of creating favorable conditions for preparation for life the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of housing for orphan children and children without parental support, according to appendix No. 1 *, providing:

procedure for providing rights to housing and accounting of orphan children and children without parental support;

procedure for allocation and acquisition of housing for orphan children and children without parental support.

2. Determine that since January 1, 2022:

a) need of orphan children and children without parental support, in housing is determined through the information system "Unified Register of Social Protection";

b) adoption (adoption), guardianship (guardianship, patronage) of orphan children and children without parental support, is performed on the basis address online through the electronic platform "Guardianship and custody".

8. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

9. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
