In recent years large-scale work on attraction of the population to entrepreneurship, creation of favorable legal, economic and social conditions for realization of entrepreneurial initiatives is carried out.
With respect thereto number of new powers for the purpose of increase in efficiency and enhancement of its activities is provided to Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
For the purpose of goal achievement, No. PP-15 determined by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 23, 2023 "About additional measures for further enhancement of activities of Chamber of Commerce and Industry", and also increases in efficiency of activities of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan by further enhancement of its DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers system
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
involvement of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Chamber) as the partner of the project in case of implementation of any projects of non-paid assistance in the field of entrepreneurship state bodies and departments;
non-use of the requirement about attachment of the national partner to Chamber in case of implementation of the international grant projects in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
liquidation of the Centers of assistance to entrepreneurship under Chamber and creation instead of them district (city) departments of Chamber.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the chairman of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan Vakhabov D. A.
