3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Formulas of determination of limits of debt of local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, capital

1. The limit of debt of local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital for the planned period is determined according to the following formula:

Lslg - limit of debt of local executive body of area, city of republican value, the capital in the planned financial year;

Dlg - debt of local executive body of area, city of republican value, the capital for the beginning of the planned financial year;

At the same time in case of refining of budget parameters within the corresponding financial year under Dlg the actual amount of debt of the local executive body on the end of the year preceding the planned financial year is applied.

At the same time in case of formation of local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, and also change of borders of administrative and territorial unit by allocation or separation of settlements data of the central authorized body on budget implementation taking into account the signed contracts between the relevant local executive bodies on separation of debt are applied.
