1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2012 No. 25-03-01/82 "About approval of the Instruction for carrying out accounting of animal species in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 7492) the following change:
To be reworded as follows appendix 1 to the Instruction for carrying out accounting of animal species in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
