About the minimum size of the authorized capital of credit bureau

According to Articles 5,  "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" and article 12 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About exchange of credit information" the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 9 and 64 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Establish the minimum size of the authorized capital for newly created credit bureaus in the amount of at least 50000000 som.

2. Establish for the operating credit bureaus the following minimum sizes of the authorized capital in the following terms:

- till January 1, 2025 - at least 10000000 som;

- till January 1, 2026 - at least 30000000 som;

- till January 1, 2027 - at least 50000000 som.

3. To the operating credit bureaus which size of the minimum authorized capital constitutes less established sizes, together with shareholders (participants) to develop the plan of execution of requirements of Item 2 of this resolution and to provide it to National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic till July 1, 2024.

4. The credit bureaus which filed documents for receipt of consent of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic to passing of state registration before entry into force of this resolution shall create the authorized capital according to Item 2 of this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective after 15 (fifteen) days after official publication.

6. To legal management from the date of receipt of the relevant documents within 3 (three) working days:

- publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
