About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2019 No. 114
Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization and carrying out selective state statistical observation of the prices and rates for consumer goods and the paid services rendered to the population, approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2019 No. 114, the following changes:
to add Item 10 after part one with part of the following content:
"The online stores enabling retail sale of goods join in sample of the basic organizations for certain goods in proportion to sales amount them these goods to the population and in the presence the online store has goods deliveries to the selected settlements.";
to add Item 18 after part one with part of the following content:
"Sources of price information on consumer goods are the primary statistical data obtained in case of registration in the basic organizations, administrative data of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection on the prices of consumer goods, information obtained with use of technology of the automated receipt of price information on goods by their extraction from pages of online stores by means of specialized software (web скрейпинг).";
add the Instruction with Item 57-1 of the following content:
"57-1. On social services in the form of social servicing at home the sample includes public social services and services of the nurse.
The rate in one hour for social service in the form of social servicing is subject to registration at home (on the terms of complete payment). The sample on services representatives includes:
flat fare on one social service provided by the territorial centers of social servicing of the population (for example, the help in maintenance of procedure in premises, purchase and home delivery of food, manufactured goods of prime necessity, the organization of hot meals at home, delivery of things in washing, dry-cleaner, repair and their home delivery and others);
rates for services of the nurse (except for services of professional medical care) and day supervision, the provided state organizations, other legal entities rendering social services.
If rates for services of the nurse and day supervision are differentiated (the services rendered in week, output (festive) days or day and night time of day), then all of them join in the state statistical observation.";
to be reworded as follows appendices 2-4 to this Instruction (are applied);
