About approval of Changes in Regulations on the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period of board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 05, 2018 No. 51 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 23, 2022 No. 104) (with changes) (further – Changes).
2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day, except the paragraph of the third subitem 2 Items of 1 changes which becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
