According to part one of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About counteraction to spread of the diseases caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and legal and social protection of the people living with HIV", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 90), for the purpose of determination of the list of core groups on infection of HIV and criteria of their determination, I ORDER to No.:
1. Approve the List of core groups on infection HIV and criterion of their determination which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of February 08, 2013 No. 104 "About approval of the list and criteria of determination of groups of the increased risk on infection of HIV", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 26, 2013 at No. 323/22855.
3. (Alexey Danilenko) to provide to department of public health:
1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after implementation of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
