About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes and amendment in some orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the acting minister of agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 19, 2014 No. 18-04/675 "About approval of Rules of issue of permissions to use of fauna" (further – Rules) (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10168):

appendix 8 to Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.

2) in the order of the acting minister of agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2015 No. 18-04/148 "About approval of Rules of fishery" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10606):

in the Rules of fishery approved by the specified order:

add with Item 47-1 of the following content:

"47-1. Fishing in the reproduction purposes for production of fish stock by private fish nurseries on fishery reservoirs and (or) sites, is carried out based on the permission to use of fauna issued by local executive body based on Rules of issue of the permissions to use of fauna approved by the order of the deputy. The Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 19, 2014 No. 18-04/675 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10168) during spawning and reproduction of fishes, all trade tools of fishing and methods of fishery allowed for use.".

2. To provide to committee of fishery of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
