About recognition voided regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus

1. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and separate structural elements of resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
2. Determine that regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix are applied in case of creation of annual accounting (financial) accounts for 2024, and also during the forming and representation of form of the reporting "Balance sheet" for the last banking day (the working day according to the legislation) 2026.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2027.
