Art. I. - In Item c) parts (1) article 5 of the Law on publishing No. 939/2000 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 70-72, 511), with subsequent changes, words "The copyright law and the related rights No. 139 of July 2, 2010." shall be replaced with words "The copyright law and the related rights No. 230/2022.".
Art. II. - In part (2) article 12 of the Law on public symbols No. 86/2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 164-165, 478), with subsequent changes, words "The copyright law and the related rights No. 139 of July 2, 2010." shall be replaced with words "The copyright law and the related rights No. 230/2022.".
Art. III. - In part (1) article 28 of the Law on the State agency on intellectual property No. 114/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 282-289, 600), with subsequent changes, words "qualification and work experience in area of intellectual property," to exclude.
Art. IV. - In the concept "author of the movie" of article 2 of the Law on cinematography No. 116/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 217-222, 467), with subsequent changes, words "The copyright law and the related rights No. 139 of July 2, 2010;" shall be replaced with words "The copyright law and the related rights No. 230/2022;".
Art. V. - In part (1) article 16 of the Law on national standartization No. 20/2016 (2016, Art. No. 90-99, 170), with subsequent changes, words "To the copyright law and the related rights No. 139 of July 2, 2010" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "To the copyright law and the related rights No. 230/2022".
