According to part four of article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications", subitems "k" and "l" of Item of 1 part four of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the cable sewerage of electronic communication networks.

2. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization of August 23, 2012 No. 428 "About approval of Rules of provision in the use of the cable sewerage of telecommunication and recognition invalid solutions of NKRS of 23.07.2009 No. 1607" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2012 at No. 1571/21883.

3. To submit to department of electronic communications in the procedure established by the legislation this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
