About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 2, 2012 No. 967/5
According to part five of article 16 of the Law of Ukraine of June 2, 2011 to No. 3460-VI "About free legal aid", the paragraph of the fourth Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of April 10, 2023 No. 3022-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of access to free legal aid" I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 2, 2012 No. 967/5 "About approval of the Regulations on the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 3, 2012 at No. 1091/21403, the following changes:
1) in heading of the word "centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance" shall be replaced with words "the centers for provision of free legal aid";
2) in word preamble "legal assistance" shall be replaced with words "legal aid";
3) in Item 1 of the word "centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance" shall be replaced with words "the centers for provision of free legal aid".
2. Approve the Change in Regulations on the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 2, 2012 No. 967/5 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of May 24, 2016 No. 1487/5) registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 3, 2012 at No. 1091/21403, which are applied.
