About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on management of dangerous wastes
According to part one Item 14-1 of Article 7, of paragraph one of part two of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity", "About Waste management" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts one of article 44 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on management of the added dangerous wastes.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Items 1, of the 5th list of resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, invalid, approved by this resolution which become effective since January 9, 2024.
