About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2022 No. 971

Based on part two of Item 3 of Article 87-1 of the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2022 No. 971 "About normative financing of expenses of public institutions of social servicing" the following changes:

1.1. in subitem 2.1 of Item 2:

in the paragraph the second the words "31 rubles" shall be replaced with words "32, the 88th ruble";

in paragraph three of the word "2021 rubles" shall be replaced with words "1888 rubles";

in paragraph four of figure of "23,3" to replace with figures of "23,8";

in paragraph five of the word "2270 rubles" shall be replaced with words "2443 rubles";

in paragraph six of figure "1952" to replace with figures "2124";

to exclude subitem 5.2 of Item 5;

1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for planning of expenses of local budgets on functioning of public institutions of social servicing approved by this resolution:

in paragraphs the second and fifth to replace parts two of item 4 of figure "365" with the word "CD";

in Item 6:

to state the paragraph of the eighth part one in the following edition:
