In pursuance of paragraph two of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2022 "About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About road transport and motor transportations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 196-Z

1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

paragraphs of the ninety seventh – the hundred second, hundred fifteenth – the hundred eighteenth, the hundred twentieth and the hundred twenty first, the hundred twenty ninth and the hundred thirtieth, hundred thirty third and the hundred thirty fourth, two hundred fourth and two hundred fifth appendix item 4 – since April 1, 2024;

other provisions of this resolution – in one month after its official publication.

The list of the changes made to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. In the Regulations on Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2002 No. 1218:
