According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine of "Basis of the legislation of Ukraine about health protection", the paragraph of the thirty ninth subitem 10 of Item 4, Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), for the purpose of ensuring quality control and renewal of carrying out kliniko-expert evaluation of quality of delivery of health care and medical attendance I ORDER:
1. Make change to the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of February 5, 2016 No. 69 "About the organization of kliniko-expert evaluation of quality of delivery of health care and medical attendance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 24, 2016 at No. 285/28415, having excluded Item 4-1.
2. To provide to management of quality control of delivery of health care (Svetlana Ostashko):
1) in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, after implementation of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Sergey Dubrov.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
