According to the subitem 434) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 862 "Some questions of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:
1. Approve criteria of priority of projects on construction, reconstruction, capital and average repair of highways, according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee of highways of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
