1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for designing, construction and reconstruction of highways" of August 24, 2017 No. 538 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for designing, construction and reconstruction of highways approved by the above-stated resolution:

"4. The structure of design assignment of highways is established according to requirements of rules of designing of highways of the Technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of highways" (TR CU 014/2011) (further - the technical regulation), including if necessary requirements for the device of constructions of communication (linearly - cable).
These requirements are determined by the customer in coordination with the state body of the executive authority developing and realizing state policy in the field of digitalization and/or profile business associations.";
- in Item 9:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"Basic data according to rules of designing of highways of the technical regulation, including the requirement for communication constructions are provided to developer of the project documentation.";
