2. Approve Regulations on the Center of climatic financing under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
3. To the sector of partner interaction on development, monitoring of the donor and grant help of management of political and economic researches of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring on approval to the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic structure, the staff list, and also the sizes of official pay rates of employees of the Center of climatic financing under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To the ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this resolution.
