The allowance is granted to the citizens discharged from military service, in case, getting injured during passing of compulsory military service, being on the date of the termination of condition on military service temporarily disabled (further – citizens), in military commissariats of areas (Minsk) in the place of their residence (further – regional military registration and enlistment offices).
