About pensions for special merits in front of the Republic of Belarus
Based on article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1596-XII
1. Approve Regulations on pensions for special merits in front of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
2. Determine structure of the Commission on establishment of pensions for special merits under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and their separate structural elements according to appendix 2.
4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
parts one and the second Item 11 of the Regulations on pensions for special merits in front of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution (regarding competence of Vsebelorussky people's assembly), – from the date of forming of Vsebelorussky people's assembly;
other provisions of this resolution – after its official publication.
