No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Rename Bureau on migration and shelter of the Ministry of Internal Affairs into the General inspectorate on migration.

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the General inspectorate on migration according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of the General inspectorate on migration according to appendix No. 2;

3) the List of specialized divisions of the General inspectorate on migration according to appendix No. 3;

4) the List of territorial subdivisions of the General inspectorate on migration according to appendix No. 4;

5) to Organigramm of the General inspectorate on migration according to appendix No. 5;

6) Changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 6.

3. Establish the extreme number of staff of the General inspectorate on migration, including employees of territorial specialized subdivisions, in number of 247 established posts with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.
