1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About establishment of priority types of activity (sectors of economy) of investment projects" of October 26, 2018 No. 503 the following changes:
To add 1) with Item 1-2 of the following content:
"1-2. Determine that the tariff privilege established by subitem 7.1.11 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130, is applied to legal entities and physical persons, subjects of the free economic zones included in the register of the investment projects corresponding to priority types of activity (sectors of economy) in case of observance of conditions, the stipulated in Item 1-1 this resolution since October 26, 2018.";
2) in appendix to the above-stated resolution:
- add the note with Item 8 of the following content:
"8. Inclusion of investment projects in the register is performed after consideration and approval of codes of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (at the level of 10 categories of specification symbol) the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
