Article 1

Import of breeding products (material) from the countries which are not state members of the Eurasian Economic Union is performed in the presence of the conclusion about reference of farm animals and seeds and embryos received from them to breeding products (material) issued by the federal executive body exercising control in the field of breeding livestock production, and import of breeding products (material) from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union is performed according to the requirements established by the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, and in case of their absence - the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The form and procedure for issue of the conclusion about reference of farm animals and received from them seed and embryos to breeding products (material) are established by the federal executive body exercising control in the field of breeding livestock production.
