About the Commission on regulation of customs procedures in case of commodity importation and vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan

According to article 28 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Create the Commission on regulation of customs procedures in case of commodity importation and vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Approve structure and Regulations on the Commission on regulation of customs procedures in case of commodity importation and vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendices 1 and 2).

3. To Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for ensuring accomplishment of this resolution.
