Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About banking activity" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 331; 2010, No. 7, Art. 555; 2011, No. 12, Art. 846; 2013, No. 11, Art. 786; 2014, No. 11, Art. 663; 2018, No. 7-8, of Art. 532; 2019, No. 6, Art. 328; 2020, Art. No. 7-9, 628) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 3:

- add with part 5 of the following content:

"5. Banking operations and the transactions provided by parts 1 and 4 of this Article with use of innovative technologies can be tested within creation and application (carrying out) of specific mode of regulation, the procedure and conditions of creation and which application (carrying out) is regulated by regulatory legal act of National Bank of Tajikistan.";

- consider part 5 part 6.

2. In part 7 of Article 17 of the word to "Fund of insurance of savings of physical persons" shall be replaced with words to "Fund of deposits insurance and savings of Tajikistan".

3. In Article 48:

- the paragraph one of part 2 to state in the following edition:
