"Procedure for carrying out certification of workplaces", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 6, 2000 No. 38 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 3 (the Book II), Article 227; 2011, No. 5, Article 449;2018, No. 11, Article 2448, 2021, No. 10, Article 1193, 2023, No. 9, Article 1343) to add with Item 1.7 of the following content:
"1.7. For the purpose of the state control the employer shall provide submission of copies of the documents provided by Items 4.2 and 5.2 of this provision on results of certification of workplaces within 10 (ten) working days for data in State Labour Inspection.".
