ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF DEFENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 18, 2022 No. 684 "About approval of Rules of interaction of structural divisions of the Ministry of Defence, General Staff and Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan when forming the state defense order and implementing public procurements for the benefit of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change:

in Rules of interaction of structural divisions of the Ministry of Defence, General Staff and Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan when forming the state defense order and implementing the public procurements for the benefit of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

to state part one of Item 28 in the following edition:

"28. The Dovolstvuyushchy body in case of development of the specification and (or) technical specifications of the purchased goods, works, services considers requirements of the subitem 2) of Item 2 of Article 21, of the subitem 2) of Item 1 of article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public procurements" (further - the Law), and also provisions of Rules of implementation of the public procurements using special procedure approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2023 No. 686 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 187134) (further - Rules of implementation of public procurements using special procedure) and Rules of implementation of public procurements.".
