I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 13, 2020 No. 197 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Liquidation by means of Destruction, Utilizations, Burials and Conversion of the Released Ammunition, Arms, Military Equipment, Special Means" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 20414) the following changes:

in the Rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Liquidation by means of Destruction, Utilizations, Burials and Conversion of the Released Ammunition, Arms, Military Equipment, Special Means" approved by the specified order:

"4. The state service is rendered to uslugopoluchatel on paid basis. For rendering the state service the license fee for the occupation right by separate types according to Item 6 of the list of the main requirements to rendering the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Liquidation by means of Destruction, Utilizations, Burials and Conversion of the Released Ammunition, Arms, Military Equipment, Special Means" (further – the List), according to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2017 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget (Tax code)" is levied.

4) changes of the name and (or) the location of legal person licensee (in case of specifying of the address in the license);

5) alienations by the licensee of the license issued on class "the permissions issued on objects" together with object for benefit of the third parties in cases if alienability of the specific license is provided by appendix of 1 Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications";

6) address modifications of the location of object without its physical movement for the license granted on class "the permissions issued on objects" or for appendices to the license with indication of objects;

7) availability of the requirement about renewal in the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Actions of subitems 2), 4) and 6) of part two of this Item do not extend to cases when changes of legal address of the individual entrepreneur licensee, location addresses of legal person licensee, the object location address for the license granted on class "the permissions issued on objects" or for appendices to the license with indication of objects occurred in connection with change of the name of settlements, names of streets according to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the administrative-territorial device of the Republic of Kazakhstan". Such address modifications of licensees and subject of the license are performed by means of integration of the state information systems.

11. The service provider provides entering of data on stage of rendering the state service into information system of monitoring of rendering the state services.

When rendering the state service by means of the state information system of permissions and notifications, data on stage of rendering the state service arrive in the automatic mode in information system of monitoring of rendering the state services.

The authorized body within three calendar days after state registration of the subordinate normative state act, sends information on the made changes and (or) additions to the present the Rules determining procedure rendering the state service, to the service provider, the operator of information and communication infrastructure of "the electronic government" and in Single contact center.";
