"11. To the airlines which did not execute in use aviaroute of terms of the contract and also in case of withdrawal of the certificate on aviaroute according to the Rules of carrying out tender on subsidized aviaroutes and issues of certificates on subsidized aviaroutes for rendering services in transportation of passengers, baggage, loads and mailings approved by the order of the acting minister of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2023 No. 95, payment of subsidies it is not made.".
