About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 30, 2015 No. 598 "About approval of Rules of carrying out cameral control"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 30, 2015 No. 598 "About approval of Rules of carrying out cameral control" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12599) the following changes and amendments:

in the Rules of carrying out cameral control approved by the specified order:

add with Item 13-1 of the following content:

"13-1. Confirmation of execution of the notification is performed by means of the web portal by territorial subdivisions of department no later than three working days from the date of receipt of information from object for execution of the notification.";

add with Item 18-1 of the following content:

"18-1. Control of execution of the notification is exercised by the head of territorial subdivision of department or person, his acting as, with mark in the web portal.";

state Item 27 in the following edition:

"27. In case of disagreement with the violations specified in the notification including with directed according to the subitem 3) of Item 26 of these rules, object of the state audit gives by means of the web portal to the Appeal commission under authorized body (further – the Appeal commission) according to the procedure and the terms established by Chapter 11-1 of the Law, objection to the violations specified in the notification on elimination of the violations revealed by results of cameral control in form according to appendix 5 to these rules.

When entering of department by territorial subdivision of changes (amendment) into the notification according to the subitem 3) of Item 26 of these rules object of audit makes corresponding changes (amendments) to objection to the violations specified in the notification within one working day following behind day of adoption of such decision.

Object of audit provides copies of the documents confirming objection arguments by means of the web portal.";

state Item 33 in the following edition:

"33. In case of disagreement with the decision of department of authorized body and (or) with the notification of territorial subdivision sent according to subitems 2) and 3) to part two of Item 26 of these rules, the potential supplier who submitted the application for participation in the corresponding tender (auction) makes the complaint, object of the state audit – objection in the Appeal commission by means of public information systems, including by means of the web portal in form according to Appendix 7 to these rules, or takes a legal action.";

appendices 1, 3 and 9 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendices 1, 2 and 3 to this order.

2. To provide to department of methodology of financial accounting, audit and assessment of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
