1. Make changes to some decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
optimization of land of arrays by "Isl Shoir" of the city of Kattakurgana, "Korasuv" of the Samarkand district, "Dustlik" of Pastdargomsky district, "Choshtep" of Payaryksky district, "Sariktep" of Urgutsky district, "Dustlik-1" of Pastdargomsky district, "Sazagon" of Nurabadsky district, "Hishrav-2" of the city of Samarkand, "Nazar" of Dzhambaysky district, "Kutarm" of Ishtykhansky district, "Tep" of Narpaysky district of the Samarkand region as a part of the free economic zone "Urgut";
removal of optimized land from structure of the free economic zone "Urgut".
2. To khokimiyat of the Samarkand region together with the Agency according to the inventory and the Ministry of Agriculture to take measures for return in accordance with the established procedure to inventory of the relevant khokimiyats of areas and to the subsequent effective use of land removed from structure of the free economic zone "Urgut" in a month.
