About approval of changes which are made to some Orders of the Government (increase in efficiency of activities of the National agency of road transport)

No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and also parts (2) Article 8 and part (3) article 148 of the Code of road transport No. 150/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 247-248, 568), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (increase in efficiency of activities of the National agency of road transport) (are applied).

2. To the director of the National agency of road transport:

1) within 10 working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to approve the staff list and to submit it for approval to the State office;

2) within three working days from the date of entry into force of the staff list to warn personnel of the reorganized divisions of the National agency of road transport, according to provisions of the regulatory base.

3. To perform release of personnel of the National agency of road transport according to the Law No. 158/2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee and with the labor law, within the approved assignments.

4. The state office within five days from the date of obtaining to approve and register the staff list of the National agency of road transport.

5. Till June 30, 2024 to provide to the National agency of road transport:
