No. 93-96, 193), I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) Technical rules of issue of permissions to use of the simplified procedures within the transit mode, according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Application form about issue of permissions to simplifications within the transit mode, according to appendix No. 2;

3) the Form of Permission of the authorized sender, according to appendix No. 3;

4) the Form of Permission of the authorized receiver, according to appendix No. 4;

5) the Form of Permission of the authorized receiver for the purpose of MDP, according to appendix No. 5;

6) the Form of Permission to use of special seals, according to appendix No. 6.

2. To management of information development and safety of Customs Service to enter corresponding changes into the System of customs decisions.

3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
