For the purpose of ensuring transfer into qualitatively new level of national system of rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship and to the population, creations for them favorable conditions, the organization of rendering the state service in provision of data on history of real estate, and also ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 9, 2022 the No. UP-244 "About Measures for Simplification of State Regulation of Business Activity" DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Take into consideration that the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 9, 2022 No. UP-244 "About Measures for Simplification of State Regulation of Business Activity" determines implementation of rendering the state service in provision of data from history of real estate by means of the Single portal of interactive state services (further - EPIGU), the centers of the state services and the davreestr.uz website of the Agency for the inventory.
2. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
establishment of collection in the amount of 50 percent of basic settlement size for rendering the state service in provision of data on history of real estate;
approval of Administrative regulations of rendering the state service in provision of data on history of the real estate determining procedure for the address for receipt of the state service in provision of data on history of real estate, filling of the questionnaire and rendering the state service.
3. To the Ministry of Economics and finance together with the Ministry of digital technologies and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month:
