About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 16, 2020 No. KR DSM-134/2020 "About approval of rules of determination and the list of types of high-technology medical care, and also criterion according to which types of high-technology medical care pass into the list of services of specialized medical care" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 21471) the following changes:

in rules of determination and the list of types of high-technology medical care, and also criterion according to which types of high-technology medical care pass into the list of the services of specialized medical care approved by appendix 1 to the specified order:

"3. Criteria of transfer of types of VTMP in the list of services SMP include:

level of transfer of technologies from republican level on the regional level (clinics of regional and city value, including private) over 75% to 5 (five) regions and more by the geographical principle (northern, southern, east, western and central regions);

the zatratoyemkost – the cost of service is lower than the arithmetic-mean cost of all services entering the list of the types of high-technology medical care determined according to item 4 of article 124 of the Code;

rarity – rendering service more than once a year on 100 000 populations;

the specific weight of lethal cases and complications is lower than annual average value of 10%.

4. Criteria are considered in total, at the same time the technologies corresponding to 4 criteria are excluded.";

Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 2020 No. KR DSM-238/2020 "About approval of rules of rendering specialized, including high-technology medical care" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 21746) the following change:

appendix 2 to the Rules of rendering specialized, including high-technology medical care approved by the specified order (further - Rules) to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this order;

appendix 3 to Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix 3 to this order.

3. To provide to department of the organization of medical care of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
