1. Approve:
1) Rules of implementation, suspension, renewal and the termination of insurance payments for the agreement of pre-retirement annuity insurance according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) Requirements to the agreement of pre-retirement annuity insurance and the admissible expense level of insurance company on conducting case on the signed agreements of pre-retirement annuity insurance according to appendix 2 to this resolution;
3) Rules of calculation of insurance premium for the agreement of pre-retirement annuity insurance according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
2. To provide to department of the insurance market and actuarial calculations in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
