1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning the protection of the rights and interests of the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship, living and which are brought up in orphanages of family type and foster homes, the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except paragraphs of the third and fourth subitem 2 Items of 3 changes approved by this resolution which become effective in three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
