No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, parts (1) article 27 of the Law No. 71/2023 on subsidizing of agricultural industry in the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 134-137, 209) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Concept of the Information system "Moldova LEADER IT Soft" (MLIS) it (is applied).

2. Before commissioning of the Information system "Moldova LEADER IT Soft" (MLIS) to the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry to develop and submit for approval to the Government Regulations on the information resource created by the specified information system.

3. To enable the realization of provisions of this resolution at the expense of the means which are annually provided in the government budget and also from other sources.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry.
