About modification of appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 152/2022 about approval of the Regulations on management of financial resources of National fund of regional and local development
Based on articles 7 and 9 of the Law No. 27/2022 on National fund of regional and local development (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 60, the Art. 76) DECIDES: the Government
1. In appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 152/2022 about approval of the Regulations on management of financial resources of National fund of regional and local development (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 78, of the Art. 207), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
Item 4 to state 1) in the following edition:
"4. Projects of local development can be provided for financing from Fund only after their public discussion with use of instruments of public participation (public hearings, focus groups, questionnaires or other instruments of public participation), with appendix of confirmation to case of the applicant.";
Chapter II to add 2) with Item 7-1 of the following content:
"7-1. In departure from the provisions providing duration of projects implementation, established in Items 5, 6 and 7, by way of exception, considering complexity of projects, the National council on coordination of regional and local development can establish other reasonable times of projects implementation. Terms are established in strict accordance with provisions of article 66 of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility";
To add 3) with Items 22-1 and 22-2 of the following content:
"22-1. Within measures 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 for settlements with the population to 1500 inhabitants the amount of project assignments cannot exceed 1 million lei on the settlement.
