About creation of Secretariat of National Kurultai organization

For the purpose of ensuring activities of National Kurultai, according to article 14 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Kurultai", Articles 87, 164 Civil codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Create Secretariat of National Kurultai organization (further - the Secretariat).

2. Approve Regulations on Secretariat of National Kurultai organization according to appendix 1.

3. To the secretariat to be registered by judicial authorities according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in a month.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to raise necessary money and to perform financing of activities of the Secretariat in accordance with the established procedure.

5. Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic together with Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide to the state agency on management of state-owned property the Secretariat with necessary rooms.

6. To the ministries, administrative departments, plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, local public administrations, local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) within the established competence to render necessary assistance to the Secretariat in realization of the powers assigned to it.
