The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in Standard regulations on Item of temporary stay of the foreigners and persons without citizenship who illegally are in Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 17, 2003 No. 1110 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 30, Art. 1549; 2012, No. 11, Art. 411; 2021, No. 4, the Art. 223), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Standard regulations on Item of temporary stay of foreigners and persons without citizenship who illegally are in Ukraine

1. In Item 5:

In paragraph one of the word "or transfers according to international treaties of Ukraine on readmission" shall be replaced with words 1) "or readmissions";

Paragraphs the third and fourth to state 2) in the following edition:

"In the presence of conditions under which it is impossible to identify the foreigner or the stateless person, to provide exclusion or readmission of person in the specified time or to make the decision according to the statement for recognition by his refugee or person needing additional protection in Ukraine or the stateless person, such term can be prolonged, but aggregate term of detention shall not exceed eighteen months.

About prolongation of term of detention not later than five days before its termination each six months the action for declaration according to requirements of part twelve of article 289 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine is submitted.".
