About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 2016 No. 376 and of December 30, 2022 No. 1470
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Regulations on the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 8, 2016 No. 376 "Some questions of the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 51, Art. 1802; 2020, No. 41, Art. 1320; 2022, No. 54, the Art. 3166), and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2022 river No. 1470 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for ensuring protection of the rights and freedoms of the citizens of Ukraine living in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, the help to citizens of Ukraine on humanitarian and crisis questions and implementation of actions for transfer and repatriation of bodies (remains) of persons, the died (dead) in connection with the armed aggression against Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 5, the Art. 406) the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024, except paragraphs of the ninth and tenth subitem 3 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of its publication.
